On Wednesday evening, Photoplay hosted AWARD’s annual judges’ drinks at The Waratah, Sydney, welcoming a packed room of some of Australia’s most respected creative leaders ahead of the 47th AWARD Awards.
The event marked an opportunity to celebrate the creative minds responsible for judging this year’s entries and recognise the people helping shape the creative standards AWARD has championed for decades.
Attendees included Mandie van der Merwe, AWARD Chair & CCO, Saatchi & Saatchi, Florence Tourbier, Executive Producer at Photoplay | Playtime, members of this year’s jury; and AWARD Council representatives.
Judging of entries concludes Monday, with winners across Gold, Silver, Bronze and Special Award categories to be revealed at the 47th AWARD Awards gala ceremony and afterparty at Sydney Town Hall on Thursday 13 August.
